ECOTECH offers a flexible design service, tailored to suit your needs & budget whereby you have the choice of selecting a combination of the following services that are most suitable for your project.

BASE SERVICE

Site Meeting – This is an opportunity for the client to meet with the designer on site to discuss their ideas and receive some professional advice on regulatory requirements & construction costs. A no obligation fee proposal, outlining a fixed price & time frame is then issued to the client.
Client Brief Meeting –The designer’s meticulous attention at this appointment means that all of your ideas and suggestions are accurately conveyed to formulate a clear design objective.
Concept Meeting –Allows the client to view preliminary sketches to ensure the design outcome has been correctly interpreted.
Design Drawings – Floor plans, elevations & a site plan are sent to the client for review whereby any variations to the design can be made at no additional cost.  read more about building design
Working Drawings – A complete set of construction issue drawings are prepared in house and certified by a structural engineer.                             read more about structural drafting

OPTIONAL SERVICE

Optional Design Drawings – Additional in-house services such as landscape & interior design.  read more about interior design
Schedule of Finishes - Collaboration between the designer and client to create a detailed document that specifies all the finishes to be included in the builders quote. 

Tender – Liaise with client’s preferred builders & prepare all tender documents to assist the client in selecting the right builder for the job.
Development Approvals - For certain residential projects & all unit developments, we liase with private planners to ensure all documentation complies with your local shire's Town Plan
