Due for completion early 2011, this split level home was designed to solve the issues of a large 5 meter drop from the street down to the designated beched pad. Vehicle & storage areas are allocated under the residence & hidden behind the exiting batter, providing a less obtrusive front facade. The outcome of creating a ground floor built into the existing earth batter allows for guests to enter the residence at street level. Features of the house include cantilevered suspended slab, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, rumpus downstairs, master bedroom & living areas upstairs.
